Halo Support states that each of the 13 missions contains one Terminal and three hidden Skulls and repeatedly totals 39 hidden Skulls, while the same article visibly lists 42 names. Until that mismatch is explained, the full guide keeps 39 as the official total without publishing the name list as a reconciled database.

Replay system
Campaign Remix
Collecting any three hidden Skulls unlocks Adaptation, Armistice, and Reload and makes Campaign Remix available for solo or co-op play. Those three effects stay active in Remix, while Remix Selection adds three to six random unlocked Skulls and can apply a visual modifier. These are official behavior summaries, not a promise of any specific mission combination.

Fireteam setup
Co-op
Online campaign co-op supports up to four players across PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5, with two-player split-screen on consoles only. Cross-play and cross-progression require a linked Microsoft account; mid-mission checkpoints and exact player position do not sync. Updates & Known Issues
The official Known Issues article was updated on August 19, 2026: it adds a co-op stability workaround for a skipped Heavy Burden cutscene and a grenade key-bind reset, and it now lists the AMD FSR crash in The Maw alongside the Release Notes. Because the July 29 patch still records that crash as fixed, the official pages disagree and this guide claims neither a global fix nor a global fault.
The July 29, 2026 day-one patch (build 2026.07.25.1112544) remains the newest documented patch as of the August 22, 2026 recheck. Match any workaround to its platform, driver, build, and absolute check date.
